
Jaime Montemayor is Chief Digital and Technology Officer at General Mills, where he leads the company’s global digital and technology strategy to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence. Since joining in 2020, he has built out the enterprise’s IT, data and analytics, digital, and cybersecurity functions to advance speed to market and consumer-centric transformation.
Before joining General Mills, Jaime spent more than 20 years at PepsiCo, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. During his tenure, he led major business transformations, developed the analytics-at-scale strategy, and deployed innovative capabilities across global operations. He also served as Chief Technology Officer at 7‑Eleven Inc., leading enterprise commercial, innovation, and data teams.
A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. He is a member of Northwestern Mutual's board of trustees and is known for building diverse, high-performing global technology teams.
